Arno R. Lodder is professor of Internet Governance and Regulation and Of Counsel at SOLV lawyers. His research and lecturing concerns all topics related to law and internet, such as liability, contracting, security, privacy, freedom of speech, cybercrime; and phenomena related to big data, web 2.0, virtual worlds, cyberwar and internet of things, smart devices and apps. He has published more than 25 (co-)edited and (co-)authored books, such as DiaLaw on Legal Justification and Dialogical Models of Argumentation (1999), e-Directives, Guide To European Union Law On E-commerce (2002), Information Technology and Lawyers.
