Abstract

This paper introduces the debate surrounding financial institutions and human rights, with special focus on the challenges in translating related international frameworks to this specific industry. The paper outlines the main responsibilities and concerns of the financial sector regarding these instruments, nonetheless presenting practical contribution for their effective implementation by the baking sector.
