Call for Papers: Law and Technology (Themed Issue)*

Amsterdam Law Forum, the student-edited online journal of Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam’s Law Faculty, is welcoming submissions for its upcoming issue from established scholars and young academics. The journal offers a meaningful platform for graduate students and young professionals to publish articles related to a broad range of international law fields.


ALF welcomes submissions of original scientific (legal) articles(case) commentariesbook reviews and opinion articles. The manuscripts can be focusedon the field of international law in general and include but not be restricted to issuesconcerning international criminal law, humanitarian and human rights law, law andpolitics, business law, migration law, etc.


The journal, available through, offers a meaningful platform where established scholars and young academics can meet to discuss, analyse and interpret issues of an international and transnational legal nature. ALF is proud to publish contributions from well-known experts and promising Ph.D. researchers from around the world.


Please note that submissions must be in English (UK spelling) and submitted electronically through ALF’s official website after completing registration. Authors must also submit a bio-statement and the abstract of the article intended for publication.
